Customer Service Desk
The Customer Service Desk is situated near the Food Court opposite Big W. Our friendly customer service staff will assist you with a range of services including lost and found, store locations, kiddie cruiser shopping trolley hire, public telephone card purchase, wheelchair and motorised scooter hire, gift voucher purchase and taxi bookings.
Mobility Equipment
Free hire of manual wheelchairs and motorised scooters is available at the Customer Service Desk and Centre Management. Booking in advance is advisable by phoning 03 9749 5111.
Gift Vouchers
Werribee Plaza Gift Vouchers are available from the Customer Service Desk and Centre Management. Werribee Plaza Gift Vouchers may be purchased in any denomination starting from $5 using cash, Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard. Werribee Plaza Gift Vouchers can not be used at the following stores: Big W, Coles, Liquorland, Kmart, PixiFoto (inside Kmart), Kmart Auto, Myer, Safeway, Tattslotto, Sunglass Hut , BWS Bottle Shop, Super Cheap Auto, Total Cuts & Colour, Dick Smith Electronics, Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses. Parent & Child Facilities
Comfortable Parents Rooms are situated adjacent to both Food Courts for your convenience. Parents Rooms provide private feeding areas, changing stations, microwave ovens, separate toilet area and nappy dispensing units.
Kiddie Cruiser Shopping Trolleys
KIDDIE CRUISER Shopping Trolleys are available for hire at a small fee from the Customer Service Desk situated opposite Big W. Cost is $5 for first hour (minimum) and $2.50 for every additional half hour. There are also Twin Kiddie Cruisers available at a cost of $7.50 per hour and $2.50 per additional half hour. A valid driver's licence to hire is required as ID.
Public Telephones
Public Telephones are situated at the main entry foyers and adjacent to both Food Courts.
Car Parking
Over 3,500 car parking spaces including undercover parking, disabled and parents with prams parking located adjacent to each entry.
Bus Services
Routes 413, 436, 437, 440, 442, 444 & 445 servicing Laverton, Werribee, Wyndham Vale, Hoppers Crossing and Tarneit operate from the Werribee Plaza bus interchange on the southern side of the Centre near Primary Health Care and the Best & Less/Big W entrance. Bus timetables are available from the Customer Service Desk and Centre Management.

ATMs are situated at all centre entries. For specific locations, refer to the Centre Directory map.
